Assurance Insurance interview questions

You get a call and are expected to come in for an interview with short notice. You get shown around the facility, listen to other employees making calls and are asked if you would like an interview. The next day you come in to the interview and are asked behaviour based questions and then if they think you would fit in they offer you a job on the spot.
