The senior recruiter asked me if I was “still quick and with it, now that I am older”. This comment came after I was told that this was the perfect fit for me. This was the second time I interviewed with the company. The recruiter did not describe the hours, pay, or benefits. Recruiter asked for more information, told me to watch for the right to represent email, then basically ghosted me when I did the follow up. My experience for this position was current with years of experience. The hiring company only required one year.
