The interview process took a long time for cultural fit and initial assessment. Only to end up as a generic written test for the skills assessment which wasted my time an theirs necessarily. Perhaps the written test should be at the start of the process to save everyone some time.

Very detailed interview process, multiple case study interviews and requirement for 30/60/90 plan. Interview process included CEO interview as final stage. Case study interviews included case study into expansion into KSA.
