I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AtSite in Jul 2014
Interview
Very professional process. Dealt primarily with the senior recruiter. Two phone interviews, one with him, and one with team member. In-person interview after that. Overall, from submittal to follow-up, 4 weeks. Hard to get a feel for the office; was in and out pretty quick, but everyone was nice and the organization was open. Was very disappointed not to get this job.

"So, what do you want to do?" This one caught me off guard.

Interview
Applied online, followed-up through e-mail. Had a phone interview with "VP of talent." I had about three years' experience in a different but overlapping field. Was asked very specific questions about work experience - as if the interviewer had not read my resume. The interviewer was not interested in potential, culture fit, learning ability, etc - only hard skills. Which is fine, but seemed odd for an innovative start-up.

Interview
Interviewed by phone by Direct Supervisor, then in person by Direct Supervisor as well as CEO. Pleasant chat, serious and fun, great chemistry. Very informational, thorough and pleasant. I was impressed by the office space as well. Very nice LEED platinum facility in a LEED platinum building.
