After submitting my online application, I didn't hear back for weeks and assumed nothing would come from it. Took a while to get back to me for initial interview, but process was smooth overall and every team member I spoke with while coordinating was friendly and helpful.

Interview
The interview process was easy/chill, just a talk outside of the store. The managers seemed to like working there a lot. It wasn’t super stressful or anything. If you’ve done an interview before, you’re probably fine. If not, you can figure it out.
When interviewing they asked me my coaching style, and how I would address an underperforming employee. Also what I would do in a difficult situation. Although I did not get the job, it helped me feel better in a interview process
