Heard about this by a professor from university. It was a small school so there were often short team opportunities from Alumni that would pop up throughout the year. In this case the CEO of the company knew of the university and only chose to hire interns from there. The interview was through Skype.

The most difficult question I had to ask was to explain how with a 5oz cup and a 3 oz cup and water coming from a sink, how to get exactly 4oz.
