It’s a 5-step interview process.
The interview process was insightful, though unfortunately, I didn't advance to the third stage. Despite the outcome, I appreciate the experience and will use it as motivation for future opportunities.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Atlas Assistans (Lagos) in Dec 2023
Interview
It's an intensive process to be on the team. I am currently waiting for my final interview.
First, I was told to make a video to introduce myself and answer other questions.
2. I took an online assessment on Gorilla assessment.
3. Then I was given a take home assignment.
4. The last stage I am aware of is the interview.
It has been good so far. They are quite flexible and understanding, and they keep up with communication.

I have yet to have the final interview. But most tests and assessments so far have tested my Virtual Assistant skills.
