The interview process right the way through from the initial phone screen with Talent Acquisition, all the way through to streamlined and seamless onsite interviews with the Executive Leadership Team, the President and the CEO was all handled exceptionally. You can tell that Atrium really care about their people and take pride in the incredible organization that they're building. The office in NYC is amazing and walking around, the culture breathes an air of people-focused, and not just profit. Hiring is a difficult and 2-way street but Atrium definitely take the time to ensure that the people they look to hire are the right fit, both culturally and technically. I am sad not to be moving forward with Atrium due to family reasons, but I have zero doubt that big things are on the horizon for the company.
