I applied at Attrock in December 2022. One thing I like the most about Attrock is that the interview process is quite simple and candidate-friendly. We only need to brush up on our skills as there are no difficult questions or any other scenarios to test candidates. The interview consists of 3 rounds in total. 1. The first round is a phone call for communication, during which they schedule the interview and assess the candidate's verbal ability. 2. The second round is a personal interview in which they evaluate the candidate's technical knowledge as well as analytical thinking ability. 3. The third and final round is an HR round where they provide information about the company and engage in salary negotiation. I'm glad that I had the opportunity to interview with this company, and my round felt more like a discussion with the interviewer.
