Interview
I applied for a Senior Backend Engineer position through a referral, and the interview process kicked off within 24 hours of sending my CV.
The first step was a screening with the Director of Operations, who provided a comprehensive introduction to the company's history and recent achievements. We discussed my industry experience and salary expectations, and the conversation was very pleasant.
Next was a technical interview with the Team Lead. We covered my background, previous projects, and specific coding challenges I’ve overcome. It quickly became clear that my experience was highly relevant to the role.
I was then given a technical assignment with a flexible 7-day deadline. Unlike the dry tasks many companies assign, this one was genuinely interesting. I enjoyed working on it and submitted my solution in just 2.5 days. This was followed by a detailed code review session with two team members.
The final stages involved interviews with the CEO and CPO. The session with the CEO was a mix of technical discussion and personal fit, while the CPO interview focused more heavily on the technical side. Both interactions were professional and enjoyable.
I received an offer shortly after. The entire process was incredibly fast and smooth, taking less than three weeks from application to offer.

Interview
I was referred to AUI by a friend who works there, and the team reached out to me within a week of applying. The interview process was impressively efficient and well-organized.
It began with an initial screening call where we discussed my background and salary expectations. The very next day, I was contacted again to schedule a technical interview, which lasted about an hour and a half and went into solid technical depth.
Within two days, I was invited for an interview with the CEO, who informed me during the conversation that I had passed. Shortly after, I received an invitation for a final round with the CPO.
I received the offer less than a week after that.
The entire process—from application to offer—took under two weeks. The HR team and office manager were especially friendly and transparent throughout, making the whole experience smooth and positive.
