Their process is pretty skewed towards people who can write actual production code. They don't ask typical interview questions.
I started out with a recruiter screen, basically getting to know the company. I was then sent a front-end programming task to create a card game using some online APIs. This took several hours to complete. After this was done, I had a chat with both the VP of Engineering and the CEO about the company. They weren't very technical, mostly about cultural fit within the organization.
