Simple Interview process, first managers took the interview then CFO, asked about your previous JD and cross check by asking questions, Overall easy everyone was cooperative and professional. Working environment is also very good

I would like to share my feedback regarding the recruitment process. My interview was scheduled for 9:30 AM; I arrived early, yet I was left waiting for 25 minutes as the HR representative was not even present in the office. While the technical interviews went exceptionally well—covering DBMS, OOP, and Data Structures—and I am confident I cleared all technical rounds, the subsequent lack of communication from HR has been unprofessional. Despite my polite follow-ups, I have received no response. This level of mismanagement suggests a decline in the company’s internal standards and a total disregard for a candidate's time. In my opinion, the current HR coordination is failing the organization and needs to be addressed by upper management. I have decided to move forward with a more professional organization that values transparency
