Interview with recruiter then hiring manager. The unpleasant experience is with hiring manager. Came in late and didn’t come prepared. Asked generic questions. Gave you high hopes then rejection email came from recruiter with no proper feedback. Complete waste of people’s time and effort.
The Recruiter schedules a phone call , if passed you move to next stage.This is the Team lead interview where you are grilled on the technicalities of the role. Now wait for recruiter feedback
