First a test needs to be done, both with technical questions and for English proficiency. After that there is a meeting with management and HR. That is basically the recruiting process.

The first part is a three-part test: Reasoning, Technical Skills and English Skills. Reasoning test consists on pattern identification, sequences, etc. On the technical test you might need to solve RLC circuits, coding problems or explain general computer architecture aspects. The english test is just text translation.
