Interview
Spent time with the CEO, and then a number of other staff members. Interview was disorganized and the job description was not very comprehensive. Everyone was very nice. I sent thank you notes to everyone and never heard back from one single person, not even to explain they were not moving forward. The CEO specifically told me he would have some sort of answer in the next few days. I found it surprising and unprofessional, especially from a company that is working to make the recruiting process better for both employers and candidates.
