I have applied in November 2018 for future leader program in logistics. Two weeks later I had a scheduled telephone interview and the interviewer promised feedback within two weeks but it didn't happen although I have called and wrote an email. Rejection email was sent end of January 2019, however, I have received a call two weeks later to schedule an interview. The interview was relatively easy and it seemed they were not sure what kind of projects are related with the program and most importantly what happen at the end of the program or how long it takes. A week later I have received a call to check if I would be interested in an operational role in Freight Management because I was not selected for the future leader program as a project manager in logistics. The second interview was focused on technical topics in freight and was easy as well. I have received call 10 days later telling me I was accepted but I have to undergo a medical test before they could send me an official offer. I have scheduled the medical test a week ahead and on the day before the medical test I got a call from HR telling me that they are sorry but the Management just decided not to fulfill the role by hiring externally and that the role will be fulfilled internally although my contract was signed by the works council. The HR employee kept apologizing and that this is not Axalta and,,,,. Long story short, run for your life.
