Had a culture fit interview with a recruiter. In their automated emails, they share blogs hyping up the whole affair. You get the impression that the recruiters want to know you as a person and become your best friend.
But the actual interview was anything but that, the whole time it felt rushed. The recruiter was brisk, only asking typical HR/ technical questions (why this, have you done x, have you done y). Which I'm fine with, but that's not the picture painted in your content.
The good part was that the rejection was swift, unlike other companies that ghost at will. But you should be wary of their recruitment marketing.
