Axelerant Project Manager interview questions

After I applied they kept sending me emails every few days asking me to fill out more and more questionnaires, without giving me a chance to talk with them and ask questions of my own. Then, after wasting my time on questionnaires, they sent me an email with the Subject Line: "Really a fit for Axelerant?" which said: "In looking at your application so far, I'm feeling that we weren't clear about our India-based for salaries and work timings. This information should have been included in the job description so that I didn't have to waste time applying and then responding to one questionnaire after another from them.

However I strongly feel that neither I was understanding what the interviewer was asking nor he was understanding what I was telling. They neither understand nor appreciate people from big companies which are way above them in knowledge. They also can't offer big salaries so apply only if you are earning lesser.
