The interview process consisted of a multi-day loop with three interviewers scheduled across separate days, which added unnecessary burden to the candidate experience. This was due to one interviewer who wasn’t invested in the beginning schedule. Sessions were only 30 minutes and included in depth multi-part, AI-generated questions that had little relevance to the actual role. One interviewer who worked adjacent to the team mispronounced my name throughout after being corrected, he also ended the interview before I finished responding effectively and was visibly distracted. The energy felt dismissive and reflected a strong bro culture. There was little to no diversity representation on the team, which was noticeable. Not all interviewers were equally invested, and it showed. If you're a woman or person of color, go in with eyes open.
