Interview
The recruiter rushed the interview, it was the first rounds and it lasted 11 minutes. I tried to ask questions at the end, but the interviewer was hesitant when answering.
It was all fit questions. They seem to like persons who are fraternities/sororities and non ethnic. If this seems like you, you will get it.

Interview
Total interview process is made up of 3, 15-min phone call interviews, then a zoom interview with 2 employees at Axon. After that, there is a virtual "Super Day" that was about 4 interviews with higher-level positions at Axon, and then a presentation to a panel.
My advice would be to brush up on accounting and finance fundamentals, and think of how you would add value to the program.

Asked some basic behavioral questions and what it was about the company I was interested in, so be sure to have done your research beforehand. Gave an opportunity to ask questions about the program afterwards as well.
