I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Aylo
Interview
A couple of weeks, 2 parts:
1) HR screening - where I was asked to explain to a non-technical person some tech terms (in example OOPs vs Golang structs or what interfaces are).
2) Tech interview verbal. Team Lead and above. Asked questions in theory about golang specifically. Questions like what are maps and how concurrency works. No coding was involved. For this interview, make sure you read theory well.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Aylo in Jun 2025
Interview
They reached out to me via Linkedin. Shared a JD and had a screening where they offered me the position. Post that, I agreed to have a meeting and ask some questions myself about the role and scope.

Question 1
They asked me behavioural and scenario based questions around backlog management and priorities.
Easy online assesement followed by a nice interview. The HR people and the developers were nice the assement was around one hour. Would like a bit more front end questions but ok, everything else was pretty nice.

Async javascript questions mostly, so pretty straight forward
