No proper communication among the hr and the technical staff. For a while it looked as if no one knew there was an interview scheduled. Didn't find it very professional

Interview
**Title: Disappointing Hiring Experience**
**Rating: [Your Rating] stars**
I recently went through the interview process at AyurVAID hospital, and unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. Initially scheduled for an interview with HR Soniya, the process seemed promising. I was asked for my current and expected CTC, after which my interview was scheduled with a senior doctor. However, after being selected, the offer was unexpectedly pulled back, citing budget constraints. They wasted my time and the communication was also very rude, informal - on WhatsApp.
This inconsistency in communication and the abrupt change in the decision were highly disappointing from a so-called famous hospital chain. Clear expectations were set initially, only to be disregarded later. I believe transparency and professionalism are crucial in any hiring process, and unfortunately, that was lacking in this case.
I hope that AyurVAID hospital takes feedback seriously and addresses these issues for a more reliable and respectful hiring process in the future.
Interview process was quite good. Company ERP works on Oracle NetSuite which is booming right now so would like to suggest crack the interview and join the companyNo holiday on Saturday. And salary is too less.
