Expect 1h interview with 3 people including the company founder; lots of real-life questions. When I came to the meeting room, 3 people joined me. No water was offered. No small talk to connect. One of the guys started asking questions, interrupting me and showing disapproval / doubt in my answers. When I asked why I am interrupted, he told me that it is ok to interrupt. I did my best to answer and gave examples, but after 20 mins it was horrible. I was about to leave the office, so the company founder stopped the interview and spent the last 20 mins talking to me in a human manner. So I'd like to say that the company founder is a professional person who understands that people are the best asset, but I would not like to work with the other guys.
