STAR process. The Situation, Task, Answer, & Results Interview process was done. How well did you handle yourself in a given situation and how what was the results. Two people interviewed me. They wrote down several responses on paper as I was telling it to them. They made me feel really comfortable.

Phone interview where they asked basic questions and behavioral questions. After an interview with the branch manager. They asked the same type of question but more in depth. They focused on customer services and sales.
