BE Aerospace interview questions

They were jerks and very rude to me upon arriving. I knew early on this would not be a great fit. I’m happy that the interview didn’t go as planned

Very vague, mostly about my experience building prototypes and performing electrical tests. A few personality questions, like how I would respond to direction under pressure. Many questions hinted at how frustrating it might be to work there and how and if I could handle that. I knew what to expect but did not have other options. Looking back I think I maybe should’ve just kept looking. The pay is terrible although schedule is very flexible and there is little to no oversight, not because they trust people but because they don’t have team leads or supervisors in all areas. Presumably to save money.
