Interview
I was contacted almost immediately after applying, and HR was very helpful and informative. I set up a brief preliminary interview where I was told that they were looking for consistency rather than big sales. I had a second, longer interview (about 40 minutes) with two sales reps a couple of days later. Everyone was very nice there, but the interview was misleading in terms of their payment structure and hours. Your work day does NOT end at 8:00, and the "guaranteed" $400/week is dependent on making a certain number of sales.

Interview
I spoke with Lauren on the phone and then I met Kevin the next day. I spent about an hour there in total. Then he invited me back to meet with a few of my position peers for lunch and that was another hour and a half. The next day I answered a few more questions and I was offered the position which I accepted.
