The interview process was very fair! It goes both ways in the sense that the interviewers and interviewee should feel comfortable asking questions and determining if being apart of the specific team you’re interviewing with is a fit.

The first contact was on LinkedIn, then I had three zoom interviews, due all the team is remote. Later they share the offer in a call with all the details. All the process was well structured and kind.
