Extremely unprofessional. I applied over a month ago for the Senior Talent Acquisition position and have received zero communication, no feedback, no rejection, and no invite. Closing the loop is a basic ATS automation triggered by simply moving a candidate to the next stage. If a Talent team cannot manage that fundamental task, it raises serious questions about their internal operations. Please value candidates' time and professionalize your candidate experience.

Horror, lies and an absolute disrespect. My recruitment process lasted approximately 12 weeks and included multiple interview rounds and a case study. Throughout the process I consistently received very positive feedback and was repeatedly told that I was the strongest candidate.
In the final stage, HR contacted me to discuss salary expectations and contract options, and I confirmed that I was comfortable with the salary range presented. Based on that conversation, I understood that the next step would be a formal offer.
After waiting another week, I received an email informing me that the company decided to move forward with another candidate.
While I understand that hiring decisions can change, the process felt confusing and somewhat misaligned. The salary range was only communicated very late in the process, even though I had shared my expectations earlier and had also asked about it weeks before via email.
After receiving the rejection, I kindly asked for specific feedback on what had changed or what I could improve, but unfortunately did not receive a response.
A few weeks later I noticed that the same position had been reposted on LinkedIn. I reached out again to ask whether the criteria had changed or if feedback could be shared regarding my application, but again did not receive any reply.
After investing nearly three months in the recruitment process, the lack of communication at the end was disappointing.
