BIOBASE Biological Databases interview questions

I had applied directly on the company website and was asked to appear for a personal interview. The day started with a 30 question aptitude test followed by a short Perl test. The aptitude test contained puzzles and the Perl test had questions on regular expressions, simple algorithms etc. I was then interviewed by a couple of members of the software development team and they quizzed me on my experience, Perl, SQL, Web development and algorithms. I was then made to meet the CXO who asked a couple of brain teasers and a database design question. Overall the interview process was well organised and positive.
