      28 Oct 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Bronx, NY
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at BJ's Wholesale Club (Bronx, NY) in Oct 2015

      Interview

I applied online for a new store opening. They conducted a mass hiring event. The first interview is with a HR manager which lasted 10 mins, than if u pass the first interview its a waiting area for a 2nd interview with one of the managers. That interview is a recap of the first interview asked about your availability, why BJ'S why do u want to work for them, which only lasted 5 minutes. If u pass the second interview you wait for the GM manager for the final interview. The GM explains the position your going out for and how the company operations. Best advice be yourself if your a people person and have a friendly personality you do great. All 3 interviews took place in one day under a hour. The end of my final interview with the GM, he told me I was hired as the front line supervisor. The last interview was a summary of the first 2 interviews and lasted about 5 to 10 minutes. Now just waiting for the background check to come back and after that I will be giving a drug test and when that clears off to orientation. So excited overall great, fast, easy interviews. I liked the most how they do all the interviews in one day instead wasting carfare just to go for interviews than having to wait weeks for a phone call.
