2 rounds. 1 round with Talent Acquisition and the second round is with the unit manager and the associate manager. Very standard interview questions with a few off the cuff questions thrown in, such as “how do you get to know your coworkers”

Why are you interested in working at this hospital—specifically focused on the location due to it being a more regional hospital rather than one of the bigger hospitals in the network.

Phone interview, in person interview pre Covid now online. The first interview is with HR. Following interviews with floor management. Last step is Shadowing a staff member who also is reporting to management if they think you’re a good fit
