Simple interview process, one phone interview and then you meet the manager. They were not letting people do any shadowing at the time because of Covid. Would’ve been nice to see the unit

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BJC HealthCare in May 2010
Interview
HR--you first interview with HR, who will either decide to set up a interview with the hiring manager or not.
Manager--interview with hiring manager. This is a 1:1 interview, afterwards the hiring manager will decide to set up a peer interview or not.
Peer Interview--interview with a group of employees. 3-4 of your peers will ask you a variety of questions and then give the manager their opinion to hire you or not.
