Did phone screen with Eric the recruiter who was very knowledge about the company, culture, and recruiting process. He asked specific questions about me and background related to the role. I had a video interview with hiring manager but my compensation was too high . Overall Eric and team provided a good experience around BMNT. If another role comes up that I might be a fit. I would re-apply

A few different rounds that is well-articulated on their website. Not technical, mostly behavioral and case-esque to see how you think! Very friendly process to make sure both parties are interested. Very generous time to ask interviewer questions on what their experience at the firm is like.

Was cold called from recruiter. Was told about role with PacFleet. Great discussion about the company, culture, and role. Ric did a great job given details. Unfortunately, salary was less than what I currently make.
