applied online, got an email to do online test in two days.
online test is really wired.
not comfortable about this first camera interview process. started with few basic questions about work availability , then answer three behavioral questions and recorded by camera. each question got 30seconds to prepare it, and 3 mins to finish your answer.
after the online test, got no response at all, until there is inactive application showed on my application page on BMO career. really disappointing process to be honest.

Over the phone and a personal interview, it was long back , now they have video interviews, which is bit awkward, were you have to read the question given and then video record your answer.
