    Pros

    The people are nice enough. many people have been here for years, so have formed strong groups, this makes it difficult for new people to make friends. Good work life balance.

    Cons

    management could be much better. Lack of appreciation for talent. contractors not treated as well as perm staff. Obvious divide.

    Advice to Management

    Make information available to ALL staff not just perm. Greater transparency is needed. Motivate staff and encourage them. Career progression isn't a priority in manager's objectives.
