After one business day day, it was the online interview, you have to talk to the camera.
7 questions.
2 questions about your proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin
5 behavioral questions:
Tell me about the time you handled a difficult situation
Tell about the time you had constructive feedback
Tell me about the time you dealt with an unreasonable customer
Tell me about a time you cross sell
Tell me about a time you worked on a team project and what was the outcome
After about 3 business days, it was the online assessment that consists of call center simulation (be ready to write down 16 digit credit card number correctly), behavioral assessment, math and verbal skills. Wasn't hard, just need to pay lots of attention. You might need a pen, paper and a calculator for the math section since it was timed.
After 4 business days, is the next step which is the phone interview, straight forward, asked questions about why you leave certain jobs, salary, hours, location.

How long have you been in the field of customer service?
How long have you been in the field of sales?
What were the sales target and any other target that were required at your previous positions ?
Why do you want to work for BMO?
