The entire recruitment process at BMO is a joke. Ghosting candidates is absolute normal process here and getting any sort of response takes at least 4-5 email follow ups. The interviewer who interviewed me twice within the span of 6 months for different roles rejected me for flimsy reason which she herself could not explain. This was evident right through the interview that she was doing the interview just for the purpose of making up her numbers and she had already identified her internal candidate. When I pointed this out to both her and HR it appears that I have been blacklisted as I now get all my applications rejected at the very initial stage even when I am a close fit for the role.
