Called previous and booked time. Some managers they don’t like to write email. Came in and interviewed me with easy to medium questions. Most of them can be easily found online.

I received an email from BMO inviting me to complete a video interview by BMO by a certain deadline after applying online with my resume & cover letter on BMO's career Workday website. The video interview presented questions one by one & I'd to record a response for each question. For each question, I've a max. of 3 attempts to record & answer it.

Super easy, about two rounds with two people. The meetings went smoothly. In person walk ins to meet the manager helped. There isn’t much difficulty. Standard interview questions were asked as well.
