First round is two interviews on teams and the super day is 3 on teams. easy process, definitely read up on the markets of that week, they ask you hypothetical questions to see how u think but depends on interviewer.

(superday) What is the difference between sales and trading vs investment bank, what markets are you following, what is a bond, tell me about a failure you experienced, if you had a finance internship run through it
(first round) square root of 28, why bnp, why global markets, pitch a stock, what is going on in the markets right now, a hardship i encountered, importance of cpi, and three math problems and hypothetical questions
Very technical for first round, asked a lot of mental math, bond math and brain teasers only one behavioural question which was tell me about yourself and why you applied
Did an online assessment and then an interview with a trader. Was not the easiest interview. Maths and brain teasers. The brain teasers specifically were not easy initially. Did not make it to the next round
Teams call with a director, Mixture of behavioural questions like why are you interested in markets, thoughts on ESG and also more maths/brain teaser questions like 3^6 and calculating percentage changes.
