Interview
30-minute zoom call with the hiring manager and HR. Basic question as part of a screening process. The hiring manager seemed like he had better places to be during the meeting. Very off putting and unprofessional with regards to smaller shop that says they prided themselves on relationships. They mentioned getting back in a week and never received a follow-up.

Interview
There was no phone or initial interview, just a 1:1 in person. The questions were pretty easy, but the interviewer clearly was new to interviewing. The interview went pretty well and the 'rejection letter' was kind and personalized. The entire application/interview process happened fairly quickly. I'd say it took 2 weeks tops.
