Interview
The initial interview went well, red flag was a HR person in a technical interview to ask a solitary diversity question. Final round was to deliver a presentation that contradicted itself in the problem it stated, so I had to take a punt on what they actually wanted. Again, useless HR person in the final interview. They seemed to be unaware of basic product management techniques that I mentioned in my presentation (I mean, if you don't know what an OKR is in 2024 you have no place in product management). They were confused about what they wanted and appeared very bureaucratic.

First stage - formal interview, behavioural questions
Second stage - follow up questions with case study
Final stage - meeting hiring manager's boss
