    I applied online. I interviewed at Three (London, England, England) in Jun 2021


    The resourcing team were really helpful and supportive. Had a role play interview on the phone, make sure to ask lots of questions to the “customer” and explain why the three network. Took about a week for them to get back to me after my application and the two interviews were done within 1 week. Gave the offer the day after my interview.

Our Superstars event is one of the highlights on the Three calendar, celebrating our people for their amazing achievements, recognising how they work, and demonstrating what Being Three is all about. On 19 September our 250 Superstars from H1 2019 descended on Center Parcs, Woburn Forest, for a day of fun activities and an evening in an electric forest. It was a beautiful sunny day to spend in a woodland wonderland. Our Superstars picked their activities for the afternoon; from a massage and a boat ride on the lake, to riding on the flumes and joining our senior management team in adrenaline activities. All before getting in their finery for the evening’s events and entering the electric forest. Congratulations to all our H1 Superstars who were selected by the senior leadership team from a pool of Thank You cards received by individuals and teams for truly demonstrating Being Three behaviours.
