Brilliant people; fun to work and lots of diverse events and a real desire for Three to be a great place to work for its people. Inclusion and Belonging are real focuses but there is still some work


ELT need to live and breath diversity and the first step would be to widen the board and bring in more diversity rather than people who are in the same mould.

Advice to Management

More consistent line management. Pay better and Senior leaders need to be really clear on where they want Three to be; what they want Three to be known for ; what is their USP?

    After you apply they send you an email to complete an assessment, by far the worst assessment I’ve ever completed, it’s absurdly difficult and didn’t have any relation to the job I applied for. Was a huge waste of my time, and they never give you feedback on how you did, I think this is a terrible way to find suitable candidates; you can get rejected because you couldn’t figure out what place a shape goes in a grid

    Using logical thinking place the correct shape in the grid as many times as possible

Our Superstars event is one of the highlights on the Three calendar, celebrating our people for their amazing achievements, recognising how they work, and demonstrating what Being Three is all about. On 19 September our 250 Superstars from H1 2019 descended on Center Parcs, Woburn Forest, for a day of fun activities and an evening in an electric forest. It was a beautiful sunny day to spend in a woodland wonderland. Our Superstars picked their activities for the afternoon; from a massage and a boat ride on the lake, to riding on the flumes and joining our senior management team in adrenaline activities. All before getting in their finery for the evening’s events and entering the electric forest. Congratulations to all our H1 Superstars who were selected by the senior leadership team from a pool of Thank You cards received by individuals and teams for truly demonstrating Being Three behaviours.
