Interview
Did a series of interviews in early December of 2024 - for the most part this was a positive experience. The negative came afterwards. I did not hear back from BWF until over a month later with a canned email about not getting the position. This was all after the publicly posted the position again. Very dissatisfied and disappointed by the professionalism from HR. If the rest of the organization runs similar to their interviews, I’d stay far away. I will not be applying again.

Interview request (Zoom) came a month later.
Followed up after 1st interview.
I didn’t hear anything back until a month later with a template rejection email.
The interview with the recruiter was ok. She was new to the organization and was pulling together questions on the fly. She did her best to make you comfortable during her questioning.
