Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Give an example of how you have handled a difficult customer service situation in the past?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at BackCheck (Surrey, BC)
Interview
Computer-based test to determine how you handle different scenarios (customer service, theft, drugs in the workplace, religious discrimination). Followed up with an in-person interview with an HR person. They ran a background check and were very pleased to inform me that everyone who works there has had a background check.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at BackCheck (Surrey, BC) in Aug 2013
Interview
The interview process was pretty standard. First they ask you to come in and do a skills/intelligence test (pretty basic you won't need to prepare for it). Then, a 1:1 interview.
