I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bain & Company
Interview
First round consisted of two cases, both pretty standard and relatively quant heavy. The next day, I received the news that I would move on to the final round. The final round consisted of two cases, but a lot more about fit this time around. Plus, the cases were a lot more focused on logic and creativity than the first one. Found out same night about my offer.
Overall, the people at Bain are what made it such an enjoyable process. Everyone I interacted with was so kind, caring, and motivated which made me want the job even more.
Interviewers were really nice, but the process was difficult. Standard level cases and they expected you to take them through multiple business problems. If you practice casing frequently with multiple partners, you should be fine.

Please walk me through how you would approach this case.
2 cases for R1. Pretty straightforward cases about revenue optimization opportunities. There was a little bit of market sizing but all data needed was given. No behaviorals asked in round 1 for me.
