Interview
My experience with the whole process was fantastic! Everyone was friendly and professional, and I felt like they wanted me to succeed.
The interviewers spent sufficient time answering my questions, so I had the opportunity to get to know them and the company. Most interviews felt rather informal - more like a conversation.
The recruitment team communicated with me regularly throughout the process and were very flexible in scheduling the interviews. I was impressed by the level of organisation and communication.

Interview
screening call followed by hiring manager, team members and a challenge. The whole process had approx 2 months. I waited a month before receiving the first call. It was to do something I do for quite a long time so it was very easy for me. Hiring manager had some really good questions. Bain is a consultancy firm so make sure you have a first of class ppt to show the team for the task and be a champion presenting it.
