Die Fragen wurden etwas mechanisch gestellt, hauptsache man hat die Kriterien abgesprüht. Kategorien waren klassisch für UB zu Teamfähigkeiten, Umgang mit Feedback, Self Awareness, Umgang mit Stress, Eigeninitiative etc.
