First round was 2 interviews and round 2 had 4 partner and team lead interviews. Also a written case interview. The worst part was that they kept us waiting for a week for the final decision and said no over a voicemail! After emailing and calling never heard back and didn't even get feedback. Very disappointed with the way they handled the process after interviews, after all the effort we put in.

General leadership questions nothing out of the ordinary. It was a very stress free environment
Ghosted by HR for Malaysia office after interviewing 3 rounds. Interviewed by associate, senior associate and partner. Typical consulting case questions. Not too difficult and employees were relatively personable. Would've appreciated better communication from the HR team instead of simple ghosting. do better
I applied online and got a online assessment after ~1 week. I completed the online test but I haven't heard back since then. The timeline is a bit uncertain to me.
First round case interviews. Got standard questions about profitability and market entry. IMO the most difficult part was reading complex charts and distilling the key insights with time pressure. There was little behavioral.
