3 Online Interviews, 1 Personal Fit und 2 Cases. Die Cases fragen alles ab, von quantitativ bis zu qualitativen Fragen. Das Personal Fit Interview ist "CV-Blind", d.h., man darf/soll nichts über seine vorherigen Arbeitgeber, Unis etc. erzählen sondern anhand von Situationen (privat, beruflich, akademisch) bestimmte Werte und Handlungsweisen beschreiben.

2 rounds of interviews primarily focused on case, with some behavioral questions second round. Each interview consists of two interviewers who will interview separately with different cases. Interviews last 30-45 minutes.

Assesments sur TestGorilla (32 minutes). 2 rounds de 2 interviews. Premier round avec des associates ou bien des serniors. 2ème rounds avec des seniors et des partners. Interviws avec une partie fit et une partie Case.
