Interviewed for TMT. The Director was more interested in knowing what I did not know or I could not contribute. If you are from Kanpur, Lucknow or simply from UP then your chances of selection are high in TMT-Bain. Like always the HR did not 'get back to you'

Very casual approach to the interview, the interviewer arrive 10 min late and was acting as if he is least interested in the interview process and then gave a guesstimate question where I wasn’t allowed to use a calculator also and when told my numbers might be more directional, he said that’s it and got off from the call!!
